FAQ regarding the Covid-19 situation

1) Do you still operate and ship to my country?

Yes we still operate normally and can still ship to nearly all countries worldwide. If you can select your country in the checkout as shipping country, then we can ship there!

 

2) Does the shipping take longer then normally?

The processing time in our warehouse takes currently a bit longer than usually (around 2-3 days) due to the high order volume. Shipping to your country itself may also take slightly longer than normally due to the situation. If you want to check the delivery time of a specific product, simply click on the product and check the delivery time under the price. Some products have currently a longer delivery time.

 

3) Are the any restricted cities/areas in my country where you can't ship to?

France: Limited collection and delivery in postal code areas 07110 to 07120, 07140 to 07190, 07310 to 07330, 07380 to 07409, 07440 to 07470, 07510, 07630 to 07660, 26150 to 26190, 26220 to 26230, 26310, 26340, 26410 to 26470, 26510, 26560 to 26570, 26620, 26730 to 26740

 

4) Is a delivery to a parcel pick-up shop still possible?

We unfortunately can't provide information for all countries here, but as some pick-up shops are temporarily closed at the moment in many countries, we definitely recommend you to enter your home address as shipping address and avoid any pick-up shops.

 

5) Are the any countries currently not possible to order from?

Yes there are a few overseas countries where DHL currently stopped shipping to:

Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Guadeloupe, Colombia, Panama, Peru, Venezuela, Brunei Darussalam, South Korea, Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, French Polynesia, Reunion, South Africa

5.1) When will shipping to these countries above be possible again?

Unfortunately we can't tell that yet but once DHL ships there again, we will of course activate them again. Meanwhile you can send us a email to service [at] pullup-dip.com with the country you are from and we will notify you once we can ship there again.

 

6) When does product X come back in stock?

If a product is currently out of stock, you can see the time it comes back on the product page, There you can also sign up with your email and get notified once the product is back in stock.
