More than 25 bodyweight exercises with Pullup & Dip
Pullup & Dip extends your bodyweight workout with more than 35 exercises, all in one gadget! Besides pull-ups and dips the bar also allows you to do Muscle-Ups, leg raises, decline plank, assisted pistols, seated dips, dragon flag, handstand, handstand push-ups, human flag, jump to muscle-up, L-sit, muscle-up-dip, incline and decline push-ups, windshield wipers, skin-the-cat and triceps press.
For most bodyweight exercises like pull-ups or dips external equipment is required. Most Freeletics, Calisthenics and other bodyweight athletes mostly do not have the possibility to do those exercises indoors and outdoors. Parks with goals for pull-ups are mostly occupied and options for dips are rare.
That's why we developed Pullup & Dip, world's first portable stainless steel pull-up and dip bar for your workout wherever you want!
Pullup & Dip was developed on a unique adapter design, which includes an indoor wall adapter for the wall mount of the pull-up bar as well as an outdoor adapter for the installation on a tree or pole.
Take the bar out of the indoor wall adapter and store it away when not needed. The wall adapter is screwed to the wall and thin enough to be hided by a picture.
To start with your workout, simply insert Pullup & Dip into the indoor wall adapter with the screwless plugin system and you are ready to go.
To switch from pull-ups to dips, simply turn it around 180° within seconds. The unique patented design enables you to do both exercises with the same multi bar.
It is nice weather and you wanna work out outdoors? No problem! Pullup & Dip is demountable and fits into a backpack. Thus you can take it to your favourite outdoor workout location.
For the outdoor installation we created an outdoor adapter, a protection mat incl. velcro fastener and a tension belt. The protection mat is protecting the tree or pole from any damages.
The outdoor installation is easily done within one minute. Fix the protection mat with the included velcro fastener to a tree. or pole. With the wide velcro fastener you can fix the outdoor adapter to the protection mat to have both hands available for tensioning the outdoor adapter with the tension belt to the tree/pole.
No additional person needed!
Insert the side arm with the two multi bars into the outdoor adapter and Pullup & Dip is ready to usewithin a minute. For dips you don't have to lower the position of the adapter as the unique design provides a perfect height for both exercises.
Pull-ups belong to compound exercises and are a basic exercise of most workouts. They are targeting many different muscle groups at the same time and are therefore the most efficient exercise for the upper body. Pullups strengthen the back muscles and are relieving the spine and intervertebral discs.
Dips are also a compound push-type exercise. They stimulate a large number of muscles in your upper body like chest, shoulders and triceps at the same time.
