The history of Pullup & Dip began in 2015. When the two industrial engineers and sports enthusiasts Michael and Johannes are looking to buy a mobile pull-up bar for indoor and outdoor usage but were left disappointed by what was on the market.

There are also pull-up bars that are mounted between two walls. Last but not least you can also get pull-up bars for the door frame that are either being clamped between the door frame or hooked into the door frame.

If you buy a pull-up bar and notice during the first workout that pull-ups are too difficult for you, you can use a pull-up resistance band as support. On the other hand if you make countless pull-ups, you can use extra weights or perform the one-armed pull-up to set new training stimuli. Also various pull-up grip positions (tight pull-ups in the lower grip, wide pull-ups in the upper grip, hammer grip pull-ups) are suitable for varying the stimuli and shifting the focus of the training.
