These are awesome. I used to never do pull-ups because they hurt my hands so bad but these completely prevent that. There’s just enough cushion on them so your hands don’t hurt and the grip side helps you hold on better. They also seem to be very durable. I have pretty small hands and these still fit fine so I’d think they’d be good for anyone - men or women. I’d highly recommend!!

Good grip poor stitching.
The grip is good and you can definitely feel the difference when performing your pull ups, especially in the last few reps when your grip starts to slip. The design is interesting, I’ve never had a grip that has individual finger slots. This maybe challenging based on the width/girth of your fingers.
The one flaw I would note is that the durability is limited. After 4-5 uses one of the stitches for the finger slots began to unravel (picture 1). The grip itself is unaffected, but I’m a little disappointed that the stitching would come loose so quickly.

I do CrossFit classes every morning and I have problems with my grip on parts of the rig with insufficient knurling. Sometimes you're just not going to get that pull-up bar you like. Anyway, I got these yesterday and tried them this morning and they are fantastic. The palm is extremely grippy; no chalk needed. They allowed me to stop thinking about my grip and focus on pull-ups. The neoprene is very comfortable and they can be quickly put on & removed during a WOD. They're far superior to the expensive gloves I purchased from a more popular brand. At this point I can't say anything about the durability other than that they look fine. At this price I wouldn't even care if I had to replace them every year.
