All packages (besides order from US and Canada) are send from Germany with tracking link and guaranteed delivery. Worldwide shipping starts from €9.90! 

All order from the US and Canada are send from our US warehouse in Salt Lake City incl. tracking link and guaranteed delivery.

We also offer low-cost shipping to Canada and of course worldwide shipping to all other countries.

NOTE for orders outside of the EU:

Stated prices are gross prices including 19% german VAT. For orders outside of the EU there is no 19% VAT, meaning you are only paying the net price. Once you choose the shipping country in the checkout process you will see the final price without VAT. Depending on the shipping country, local taxes and duties may apply, check out more information below.

Special case Switzerland:
Orders to Switzerland and Liechtenstein are shipped with meineinkauf.ch and already include 7.7% Swiss VAT and customs duties, i.e. you will receive your order from Switzerland already duty paid and no additional costs!

All orders are shipped directly from Germany and the US (for order from the US and Canada). For deliveries to non-US countries, additional duties and taxes may apply. We have no influence on these additional costs and can not provide more detailed information about this. We ask you to please inform yourself about this topic before your order.

The amount of duty depends on the net value of goods, the shipping costs, the gross weight of the package (including the packaging) and the type of goods. The customs fees can be obtained from your local tax office. The HS code for our products is 95069190.

 

Customs fees according to our research (no guarantee)

Australia: All orders above AUS $1000 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, so please check with the Department of Home Affairs for more information.

Canada: 13-15% depending on province

Israel: Import sales tax + customs duty + customs clearance fee = 16-20%

Japan: Exemption limit is 200.000 Yen = 1520€, below that value no customs

Norway: Import fee of sporting goods 25%

Singapore: Exemption limit is 400 Singapore Dollar = 250€; in case of exceeding 7% of the invoice amount plus customs clearance fee.

UAE: 5% customs duty + 5% import sales tax plus customs clearance fees 

United Kingdom: Customs and import duties 20% + 2% third country duty

 

Refusing to Pay Customs

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to us, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
