Triceps Rope for FREESIXD Sling and Resistance Trainer or Cable Pulley
The triceps rope is the perfect accessory for versatile training of the arm (especially triceps), back, abdominals and shoulder muscles on the cable pulley, ab machines and other fitness equipment. Alternatively, it is also ideal for use with our FREESIXD suspension trainer in combination with resistance bands.
In contrast to a tricep bar, the angle of the training rope can be flexibly changed. The rubberised end caps prevent accidental slipping during training.
