The manufacturer (FT Fitness Technology GmbH) grants a guarantee on the goods advertised with the guarantee promise.
The period for calculating the warranty period begins on the invoice date. The manufacturer's warranty covers the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany. If material or manufacturing defects occur during this period, the manufacturer, as the guarantor, will provide one of the following services at its discretion within the scope of the guarantee:
- free repair of the goods or
- free replacement of the goods with an equivalent item (including a successor model if the original goods are no longer available).

Warranty claims are excluded in the event of damage to the goods caused by
- misuse or improper handling
- environmental influences (moisture, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.)
- failure to observe any safety precautions
- failure to observe the operating instructions
- use of force (e.g. impact, shock, drop)
- unauthorized repair attempts
- normal wear and tear
Note: Some accessories or wear parts (e.g. anti-slip pads) are excluded from the warranty
- Door pull-up bar: excluded: foam handles
- Pull-up & dip bar: excluded: powder coating, locking bolts
- Gymnastic rings: excluded: belt markings
- Wooden parallettes: except anti-slip pads
- Push-up grips: except anti-slip pads
- FREESIXD sling trainer: except straps
- weight vest: excluded: fastening buckles
In order to make a claim under the guarantee, the guarantor must be given the opportunity to examine the guarantee claim by sending in the goods. Care must be taken to ensure that damage during transportation is avoided by using appropriate packaging.
To apply for warranty service, you must enclose a copy of the original invoice with the consignment. We ask for your understanding that the manufacturer may refuse to provide warranty service if this copy of the invoice is not enclosed. Sending a copy of the invoice serves to calculate the warranty period. Furthermore, you must provide the name and address of the seller if this is not clear from the enclosed copy of the invoice.
If the warranty claim is justified, the warranty processing will be free of charge for you. Any shipping costs incurred by you will then be reimbursed by the guarantor.
Note:
Your statutory rights against us arising from the purchase contract concluded with us are in no way restricted by this guarantee promise. In particular, any existing statutory warranty rights against us remain unaffected by this guarantee promise.
If the purchased item is defective, you can therefore contact us under the statutory warranty in any case, irrespective of whether a warranty case exists or the warranty is claimed.
