Our specially developed "TRINGS" are wooden gymnastic rings with three grip positions. The TRINGS exercise rings are ideally suited as additional handles for the FREESIXD sling trainer, but also for athletes who already own gymnastic ring straps and would like to expand them with these unique "rings".

Alternatively, the TRINGS are also available as a set with straps and door anchors.
