This bar is a really helpful accessory for people who want to do muscle-ups. You could also turn the included multi bar around to do muscle-ups but I personally prefer the straight bar so I can vary my grip width more. The grip of the bar is quite good due to the surface, so even with little sweaty hands I don't have a problem. The two bars aren't too long so they fit good into my backpack when I go outside to work out in the park. Not much more to say about this straight bar but in my opinion it is a great additional accessory which I use a lot and can highly recommend.
