I’m really enjoying exploring this set. You get 5 different bands with the hooks at the end allowing you a variety of different resistances. I find these much more natural to use than the thinner rubber bands, especially with the inclusion of the handles that you can use. With the handles it’s excellent for pulling expertises such as bicep curls. It’s a pretty comprehensive set with different attachments and a handy carry bag if you’re taking these on your travels or even to a gym. It’s worth. Considering such a set if you want some a bit more comprehensive and at just under £30 it’s not bad value for money either.

Easy to use, good for home workouts
I found this product really easy to use and really effective for home workouts as I do not have any home equipment myself! Each of the five cables clearly shows how much resistance/'weight' it has and can be added on top of each other to create various/harder resistances. I did find however sometimes it was difficult to change the resistance cables if I was moving from one exercise to another which had a different resistance level, but this did not negatively impact my circuit overall. Good quality of the handle grips and the ankle straps! I managed to do both various upper and lower body exercises. Really impressed with the product and will be looking to take it with me on holiday as its super packable and light.
